Trainee Research Networks: Delivering multicentre, collaborative research

On February 25th the BSG research committee and BSG trainees section are organising a day for research networks. The following topics will are planned:

  • Social media and medical journals – Increasing the impact of our research
  • Challenges of running multisite studies – lessons from experiences in gastroenterology
  • Leadership and followership – keeping networks sustainable and enthusiastic
  • Corporate authorship – Rewarding your data collectors so they keep doing studies

 

The aim of the day is to equip individuals and networks with the skills to deliver multicentre, collaborative, trainee led research. The full programme will be released shortly.

We will be charging a deposit of £50 for a place on this course, which will be refunded in full if you attend the event, or cancel your ticket at least a week before the event. If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, £25 will be retained.
